Right of withdrawal:

If you act as a consumer, you can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail) or by returning the goods without giving reasons. We will send you the revocation form (download here) separately in text form. The period begins on the day after you have received the goods and the cancellation policy in text form. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the goods is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. Damage must be claimed within 7 days of receipt of goods. The revocation and damage reports should be sent to:

Consequences of revocation In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return the goods to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as you would have been able to do in a retail shop - or the intended use of the goods. You must fulfill your obligations to refund payments within 30 days of sending your cancellation notice.

Returns:

The customer bears the costs of the return up to an order value of goods of 80 €, unless the return is due to an incorrect delivery on the part of XfürU Paul Schuwald. For shipments exceeding a total of 80 Euro, the return shipping costs are paid by XfürU (only within Germany).
If the costs are taken over by XfürU Paul Schuwald, we ask that you fill out the cancellation form (download here) and send it to us. After checking, you will receive a DHL return parcel label via e-mail, so that you will not incur any costs for the return. Please attach the return slip to the package and hand the shipment over to a DHL Shop.

Important: Returns sent freight collect will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender for a fee (postage costs and possible penalty postage from the shipping company).

retention of title:

The delivered goods remain the property of XfürU Paul Schuwald until all claims against the customer resulting from the respective order have been settled in full.
