Ordering methods:

All orders have to be made in writing via E-Mail, letter or via our online store www.xfueru.com in accepting these conditions.

The prices displayed on this website represent the full retail prices including 19 % V.A.T.

For shipments outside the European Union the price will be calculated without the V.A.T. of 19%.

Shipping costs:
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Packages are generally dispatched within the next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL. The Shipping costs per package for privat customers within Germany are 4,95 €. Free shipping for private customers within Europe (plus Switzerland and Great Britain): from a goods value of €200 (including VAT). Free shipping for private customers within Germany: from a goods value of €75 (including VAT). The Shipping costs per package for Reseller customers within Germany are 6,50 € (maximum 31 kg).
Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. The shipping costs will be displayed when you enter your zip code in the shopping cart

As a reseller, the following payment methods are available to you:
- Advance bank transfer (bank transfer before delivery)
- On account with 2% discount. Only for regular customers by arrangement!
- Direct debit with 2% discount (SEPA mandate required). Only available for Germany & Switzerland!
- Credit card via PayPal (Visa & MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover & UnionPay) No PayPal account required for Germany

Right of withdrawal:

A third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods on time.
Business customers must complain about damage within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Consequences of revocation In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be returned. If you cannot return the goods to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as would have been possible in a shop - or the intended use of the goods. You must fulfill your obligations to reimburse payments within 14 days of sending your cancellation notice.
Returns:
The customer bears the costs of the return unless the return is due to an incorrect delivery by XfürU. All goods that were delivered on a pallet must be returned by the buyer on a pallet. The costs for returns on pallets are to be borne by the buyer.
Shipping costs for the order will not be refunded if you cancel.
Important: Return shipments sent freight collect or other postage costs are generally not accepted and will be returned to the sender for a fee (postage costs and possible postage penalties from the shipping company).
Delivery delays on the part of the manufacturer:
Delays in delivery on the part of the manufacturer are conceivable and can occur in some cases. We would like to point out that such delays are not our fault and we bear no responsibility for them. We aim to process all orders in a timely and efficient manner.
We work closely with our manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that the products ordered reach our customers as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all deliveries will be made on time.
Should there be a delay in delivery on the part of the manufacturer, we will inform you immediately and give you the expected delivery time. We will take all reasonable steps to minimize the delay and to keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Please note that delays in delivery on the part of the manufacturer do not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order or for claims for damages against us, unless they are due to gross negligence or intent on our part.
We ask for your understanding and patience in the event of any delivery delays on the part of the manufacturer. We will do everything in our power to process your order as quickly as possible and to deliver the item you have ordered.
