This rocket suffert a transport damage. A foot of the rocket has broken off and scratches have appeared. The original box is also slightly damaged (see pictures). Unfortunately, the certificate is missing. non-returnable! 
For a hobbyist, with glue and a good paint, the rocket is wonderfully restorable.
